Yoga For Everyone – Everywhere!

She keeps it real, whether it is your first time practicing Yoga or if you have practiced for years, there is a place for you here. Her classes are welcoming, inclusive and accessible. Heather knows that every person experiences the poses in a different way. Her classes are Yoga for every BODY. In her classes, there is always an available modification – a way to pull back or level up to go deeper in a pose. Heather gives clear cues to help you safely discover more in your practice. No matter where you are on your Yoga journey, you are welcome.

Heather Beltran, E-RYT is a Los Angeles based Certified Yoga Instructor and Mindfulness Consultant. She holds the designation of Experienced Registered Yoga Instructor from the Yoga Alliance. If there is one thing she would want you to know it is that You can do Yoga

You do not have to be perfect to practice Yoga – it is called a practice for a reason. Heather’s classes are Yoga for every BODY. You are pretty great just as you are. Seriously.
